Below are common issues with renewals and how to fix them.

Login issues

Users sometimes have difficulty logging in when they forget their password or their browers are auto-filling incorrect information. Below are some steps you can take to resolve the problem.

Option 1 - reset login

If you're having trouble logging in, please try to the option to Reset Login on the renewal login page. After you enter the requested information, you'll receive a temporary password at the email address on your record.

Option 2 - delete login and set up a new password

The board staff can delete your existing online account so that you can create a new one. Please use the link below to ask the board staff to completely reset your account. After we delete that login, you can set up a new password. We will respond quickly, but please give us time to respond to your request!

Payment issues

Below are common issues when payments are rejected.

  • Incorrect data entry. By far, the most common problem is that users don't enter the correct expiration date on their bankcard. Please be sure you're entering all information, particularly the expiration date, correctly.
  • Insufficient funds. Your bankcard issue may determine that you don't have funds available.
  • Duplicate transactions. Sometimes, bankcard issuers believe that a fraudulent or duplicate transaction is occurring, especially if you pay for multiple licenses. Your bankcard issuer can help you authorize additional transactions.
  • American Express. Please note that we don't accept American Express.

Please note that we don't have control over whether your bankcard issuer approves the transactions. Often, we don't know the reason. We only receive notification of whether the transaction is approved.
