Board upgrading its licensing database, which will cause downtime from November 14-18
The North Carolina Board of Barber and Electrolysis Examiners has published a new website, www.bbee.nc.gov. This new website replaces the websites of the former Board of Barber Examiners (www.barbers.nc.gov) and Board of Electrolysis Examiners (www.ncbee.com).
